Personal privacy and information security are a common concern for the H.O.G.®, its members and visitors to this website. This statement describes the H.O.G.®’s internet privacy and information security policies and measures.

The World Port Chapter collects and stores the following information about you when you visit the World Port Chapter website: name of the domain that gives you access to the Internet (e.g. hetnet.nl or skynet.be if you connect through those providers); the date and time you visit the website; and the Internet address of the website where you accessed our website. The Chapter uses this information to track the number of visitors to the various sections of the site. This allows the H.O.G. to better tailor the website to its members and prospective members.

  • In connection with a quality review (due diligence) or financial audit (audit) of the Harley-Davidson Company.

To receive WPC Newsletters and to participate in some parts of the website/application, the registration of your personal data is necessary or desired. In addition, your data may be used to inform you about events. You may access your personal data at any time, by sending a written (via letter or e-mail) request to this effect to WPC secretary@worldportchapter.nl. WPC will then promptly provide you with an overview of your personal data held by WPC. If you are of the opinion that your personal data should be corrected, supplemented, removed or blocked, you can report this in writing (via letter or e-mail) to WPC. WPC will comply with your instructions as soon as possible, unless WPC is unable to do so. In that case, WPC will delete your personal data from its file(s).

Further data processing in addition to data provided by you yourself, data are also collected relating to visits to the website/application.All data are used for anonymous, statistical research, on the one hand, and to tailor the website/application as much as possible to our visitor’s preferences, on the other.
